St Chad's Avenue, summer house in the garden of number 1 (Headingley)
Black & White image14th September 1937. Image shows a summer house that stood adjacent to a garage in the garden which belonged to number 1 St. Chad's Avenue at that time. Number 1 occupied a large corner plot located at the junction of St. Chad's Drive and St. Chad's Avenue and the house is still there today. However, the land in this photograph is no longer part of the garden but is now the site of a red brick detached house numbered as 12a St. Chad's Drive. The photograph is marked with the name 'Hollis'.
