View from Hardy Terrace looking towards Lodge Lane showing the rear of number 1 Hardy Street, the former premises of a branch of the Leeds Industrial Co-operative Society. Old doors are leaning against the side of the building as, at this time, it was undergoing renovation to become the Kashmir Muslim Welfare Centre. Number 2 Hardy Terrace is at the left edge. At the bottom of the street, in Lodge Lane, are the rear of numbers 23, left and 19, right, Sunbeam Avenue.

Black & White imagec1920s-1930s. View of number 11 Sunbeam Avenue, a red brick, back-to-back home, one of a pair of houses flanked by yards with outside toilets in an otherwise terraced street. Sunbeam Avenue was situated off Greenmount Street. Albert Davies is standing on the pavement in front of his home and a woman is looking out from behind the draught curtain hanging in the doorway.
